Press Release Body = New Jersey: As you drive by Route 1 North in Edison you may
notice some new construction activity and although that may not be new for our area,
the exciting news is what is being constructed at that location. One of the largest
Audi Dealerships in America will grow into the new home for Bell Audi, a 43000
square foot state of the art facility for all of your Audi sales, service & parts
needs.

When completed, your first glance will be of the very large distinctive half-arched
airplane hangar shaped building. The architecture of the new building takes its
cues from Audi's largest production facility in Ingolstadt, Germany which is also
the company's group headquarters. From the outside, the large glass façade is more
reminiscent of a museum than an automobile dealership. It's only when you see the
emblematic silver interlocking rings that you will realize this is the new home of
Bell Audi. At night, when lit up, the vehicles inside the building will visibly
shine very bright and should fit well in the neighborhood of other high line
dealerships.

"Bell Audi gives us the opportunity to take advantage of this market which is one of
the biggest in the world," said Jack Devine, Regional Director for the Eastern
Region for Audi of America. "With the accessibility to all the highways here in
Edison and because of the size and potential of this marketplace, we wanted to make
Bell Audi one of our largest stores. We believe with all the other high line
dealerships in the neighborhood, this store can become the flagship store for Audi
in the country."

"Believe it or not our quest for a larger facility started in 1997," said John
Chuhinko, President of Bell Audi. "Because of consultants like JD Power, we believe
that Audi is expected to grow faster than any other high line manufacturer. We
decided that to be in this market place, we have to take advantage of and prepare
for that growth."

The new Bell Audi will be a beaming example of the new generation of Audi
dealerships. The building's design is to be an invitation to walk through the
doors. Once inside you will experience the full presence of the design. As you
view the vast showroom floor, the building's interior will be an exhibit for the
senses. The showroom will present an art that radiates the emotion of style and
speed meeting the exhilaration of the ride.

You will walk on the earthy colored floor tiles and notice the beech wood colored
walls and desks with countertops that will be highlighted with brushed metal. Big
murals will fill the expansive walls boasting times of the past, present and future
that is Audi. The ease and flow of the sprawling space will create an ambience of
style and refined elegance.

"When people will walk through the door, they won't be expecting this. It's not
that they will be awed, but we hope it will be more of a response of wow," said John
Chuhinko. "There will be no getting around it as the senses pick up on the
materials and design of the building and clients will quickly become conscious of a
feeling that is pure Audi."

As you walk through the showroom, you will notice the Quattro Café, a transition
area between the Sales and Service departments. The Quattro Café's bar will boast
many different styles of designer coffees and teas. There will be Plasma TV's to
keep you abreast of the latest news, weather and trends. You will be able to enjoy
your beverage while logging onto the Wi-Fi server with your laptop, giving you the
chance to catch up on any work you might be missing while your vehicle is being
serviced.

That feeling continues with the cars, which are stylish, elegant, high-performance
vehicles where the drivers experience exceeds transportation. Vice-President Daniel
Chuhinko talked a little about that feeling. "The vehicles that Audi offers are
more than just cars, they are an extension of the lineage that has made Audi one of
the premier vehicles to drive."

John Chuhinko is also excited about the new vehicles that Audi will be introducing
to the marketplace. "We are excited about the recently introduced new 2008 TT coupe
and roadster; as well as the 420 horsepower R8 which will be available this fall and
they are definitely the most highly anticipated sports cars that Audi has ever
offered. In addition to our already stellar lineup of the A4, A6, A8, and Q7 we
will be adding the highly anticipated all-new A5 & S5 coupes. Soon, we will also be
able to offer our customers the Q5, a 5 passenger SUV that will complement the 7
passenger Audi Q7 SUV which has done so well for us since its introduction last
November."

The cutting edge isn't with just the vehicles. This new facility will also offer
Audi owners the latest and most complete service and parts departments in the
country. The 32 service bays mean you will be able to get an instant appointment
for service, which is usually completed in the same day. Factory-trained
technicians will be using the latest technology to keep each vehicle running like
new. Bell Audi also has a free loaner car policy for customers and a car wash with
each service visit.

In about one year from now, the loyal customers of Bell Audi and all of our future
clients will be treated to the best that Audi offers. "This is the next step for
Bell Audi", added John Chuhinko. "Over the years, we have been blessed with great
products from Audi and we've had a great loyal customer base and hopefully this will
be one way we can pay them back."
